We’re looking for a Junior – Mid-level Designer to join our team. You’ll support the execution of graphic and digital design projects, working closely with the internal team of creatives, project managers, the Creative Director and the development team to blend user needs and business goals into seamless, effective design experiences. You will need to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of design principles, an openness to learn and take direction, along with a strong aesthetic design intuition.

What you will do

• Experience working on websites, particularly looking at site speed, enhancing CMS and general site health
• Proven experience working within a high-performing and collaborative Agile team.
• Product Management experience
• Exceptional business acumen and the ability to deliver value through well-understood and articulated requirements.
• Experience contributing to platform/product strategy & demonstrated ability to provide input to strategic planning and business case development
• Have a customer focus with the ability to add value at all phases of the lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, influencing skills and a collaborative nature

Requirements

• Understanding and owning the end-to-end product vision.
• Working with stakeholders and the development team to build and execute on the vision.
• Guiding agile delivery teams to :
  • Prioritise product backlog
  • Contribute to user story writing
  • Own the product roadmap
• Work closely with the technical teams, including developers, architect business analysts and stakeholders throughout delivery to ensure requirements and solutions are aligned to business direction.
• Facilitating UAT with users from operations and ensuring solutions are approved by the business before release.
• Ensure all features delivered by the in-house delivery teams are of a high standard and inline with the business direction.
